How long have you been in business?

What are your minimums? 

Usually 1200 pieces per style for wovens, and 2400 pieces per style for knits. We are flexible for initial test orders and can even do smaller quantities to 600 pieces per style.
 

What is the average turn around time for product samples? 

7 days.
 

On average, how long does the process take from initial concept to delivery of finished product? 

90-120 days for fresh designs and 60-90 days for reorders.
 

Do you have ready-made, brandable product available for private labeling?

If you don’t find exactly what you’re looking for ready-made, we can always get it made for you.
 

Do you guarantee the quality of your products? 

Quality assurance systems monitor your product from day one through all manufacturing processes (lab dips, fabrics testing, fit approvals, PP approvals, etc.) so you can rest assured you’re getting, and selling, products you can stand behind.

If you do have any issues related to manufacturing or materials, simply let us know. We offer a returns policy on defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
 

What costs can I expect? 

Sample costs are 30% surcharge plus courier costs. Our prices to customers are usually landed duty paid Seattle (i.e. all freight and customs clearance costs are included in price). If you prefer CNF or FOB we accept these as well.
 

Who handles import/export paperwork and taxes? 

We take care of that for you and give you the receipts once the product arrives.
 

Where are samples made? 

Our in house sampling department is equipped with the latest sewing machinery and staffed by skilled professionals. So we don’t have to depend on or pay outside factories for sampling.
 

Where do your product design ideas come from? 

Duo Wear actively keeps abreast of new developments by having our associates constantly travel overseas and research technical trends and fashion. We then successfully interpret those ideas into our lines each season.
 

How do I know I can trust you not to sell my designs or attempt to work with my customers? 

We’re happy to sign non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
 

What languages does your staff speak? 

English, Thai, Nepali, Hindi and Chinese.
 

What countries do you regularly work with for sourcing and manufacturing? 

Nepal, China, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
 

Are the factories you work with compliant with international child labor laws? 

We partner only with factories that are fully compliant with internationally recognized labor practices that enforce a strict NO CHILD LABOR policy.
 

How do I know the status of my order? 

You get detailed, weekly updates on the progress of your order keep you in the loop, and let you plan for, and meet, your business goals.

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Once you make the decision to go into production we require a 50% deposit to get started, and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We ask that all orders be paid by check, money order, wire transfer, or cashier’s check. We are also happy to accept all credit card payments except American Express, If you wish to use a credit card a 3.5% processing fee will be added.
